It's A Beautiful Day and I Can't Stop Myself From Smiling
I am loving spring time here! It's like waking up from a cold winter... wait... it's not like waking up from a cold winter... It IS waking up from a cold winter! I love it! It's been all warm and I haven't had to wear my boots around! I can almost not wear a jacket to work. It's great. I've never really felt spring like this before. I can really feel the difference. I love it. I am very excited for Easter next week. This year I really can see the change of the world, and the symbolism that Easter holds. The world is coming alive again! It's so beautiful!
Work has been really busy. We are in the middle of upgrading to a new version of our scheduling software, so that has been taking a lot of our time. We cleaned up all our contacts and a lot of files, and went all over campus taking updated pictures of the classrooms we schedule. It has been so great to see all that hard work go somewhere. I feel like at all my previous jobs the satisfaction was in the moment, but here the work has lasting effects. I've also been really busy coordinating all the races that are taking place on our campus. It somehow happened that I kept getting all the race applications, and as none of us had done races before except me, I just became the race person. Although it is a lot of work, it has its perks. For instance, we got to ride around campus in a golf cart the other day, finalizing the route for the Community Outreach Day Walk-A-Thon. It was sooooooo awesome! Yep. Loved it. I also discovered that my chair can move.... yeah. I've been sitting in that chair for 6 months, and I've just discovered it can move. Wow. I should have documented this moment better for you.... but, seriously, it was epic. Not that I moved it or anything. I liked how it was set before; it's just the knowledge of being able to move my chair. So cool.

I know. It has finally all blended well together. I'm really enjoying it.
